“Dance has taught me many great things in life! I strongly believe that dance has many facets to it and to keep growing we need to keep exploring. I enjoy diving into different art forms and explore how they are different yet similar in nature. I want to develop techniques that reduce injury risks, increase longevity in practice for Indian dancers. I am committed to increasing representation of South Asian dance in the area of dance science and research.”
