Bharatnatyam Classes -
Beginner Adults (Age 16+)
We teach the Kalakshetra style Bharatanatyam technique. Our classes are designed in a way that allows adults to easily transition to dance practice.
The integration of dance science concepts ensures that you learn to dance with reduced injury risks and develop efficient movements. The aim of the classes are:

• Familiarize with the Bharatanatyam technique
• Develop body and spatial awareness
Creative Dance - Beginner Children
(Ages 7 - 8 and 9 - 10)
The Creative dance classes are multi-sensory experience sessions that provide children with a place for movement exploration. Through creative movement, children learn to engage with oneself and others, cultivating empathy and channelizing their feelings through dance.
The interconnectedness of the program allows for emotional intelligence to thrive and surface while being fun and  the aims of the classes are:

• Facilitate cognitive abilities and social skills
• Facilitate motor skill development
• Increase physical activity
• Facilitate the development of kinesthetic intelligence

Move, Create and Flow
‘Move Create Flow’ is a part of our Movement for All mission to enable adults to develop mind-body connection by bringing mind, body and action as a unity.
Through the medium of creative movement, the workshop acts as a channel for exploration and thinking. It acknowledges the artists in each one of us and proves a platform that nurtures the relationship between creativity and innovation. The session focuses on community engagement and non-verbal communication. The workshop extracts concepts from both movement and yogic sciences into a format that is both fun and interactive.
